    Senior Sales Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Ikeja.
    • The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and meeting sales targets.
    • The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in Sales Management and Business Development
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies
    • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and using CRM software
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Previous experience in the automotive or logistics industry is an advantage
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
