Senior Retail Executive at Maurice Xandra Solutions

Our Client, a player in the Manufaction Industry, is looking to hire a Senior Retail Executive who will be the go-to person for their Retail business in Lagos.

The Senior Retail Executive is expected to execute and implement all the retail plans for Lagos and have a deep experience/knowledge of the:

• Lagos market,
• Modern trade/supermarket operations within Lagos,
• Distributor management and operations
• Executing and implementing trade marketing activity plan
• Experience in sales of personal hygiene products will be a significant advantage
• Good understanding of how to use routines and numbers to drive team performance and execution excellence

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years experience with at least 1 out of these years spent in managing sales reps and coordinating sales team at Territory or Area level.
