    Senior Registered Nurse

    Job Details

    • Provide expert advice and guidance to members on health insurance plans, benefits, and utilization of healthcare services.
    • Develop and deliver educational programs and workshops on various health topics to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.
    • Review medical records and claims data to identify trends and opportunities for improving care coordination and cost management.
    • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure members receive quality care within the network.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
