    Senior Real Estate Broker

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in the real estate industry, with a comprehensive understanding of market trends and regulations. They should be an excellent communicator with exceptional negotiation skills and possess a drive for achieving financial success through sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
    • Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
    • Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
    • Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
    • Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases.
    • Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
    • Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc)
    • Coordinate property auctions or exchanges.
    • Generate and manage lists of properties for sale.
    • Collaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys and other external stakeholders.
    • Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
    • Sale and Lease of properties in company’s portfolio
    • Secure new property sales and lease briefs for the business
    • Secure the property and facility management briefs for the business.
    • Client relationship management and reporting
    • Manage existing clients to ensure retention and referrals

    Requirements

    • 1st degree in Estate Management
    • Minimum of 13-15 years real estate sales experience
    • Chartered membership of relevant professional bodies
    • Solid salesperson
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Looks professional and presentable.
    • Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
    • Sociable and confidential
    • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
    • Knowledge of Lagos real estate market
