Job Summary:

• The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects within the fintech, telecom, banking, and insurance sectors.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCGs, sales, and revenue assurance, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• This role requires excellent stakeholder management, strategic planning, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation tclosure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate project meetings and presentations.

Financial Management:

• Monitor project budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Track project expenditures and ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Perform revenue assurance activities tensure financial integrity and compliance.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and control project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain risk registers and conduct regular risk assessments.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for management.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate project team members tachieve project goals.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback tteam members.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of project management experience in fintech, telecom, banking, or insurance industries.
• Proven experience in FMCGs, sales, and revenue assurance.
• Strong understanding of related technologies.

Skills:

• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability tmanage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
