We're seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and meeting stakeholder expectations
Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer success
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters and status reports
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role
Proven track record of delivering complex projects and programs
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AWS services and cloud technologies
Familiarity with financial management and budgeting
Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
