Senior Program/Project Manager at Datamellon

Job Summary:

• We're seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and meeting stakeholder expectations
• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer success
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters and status reports
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects and programs
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS services and cloud technologies
• Familiarity with financial management and budgeting
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
