Senior Operations Manager – Drilling and Well Services at Uniterm Nigeria Limited

Job Description:

• Directs and manages the day-to-day activities of the organization’s operations, through subordinate managers and Supervisors.
• Implements company policies, procedures and initiatives. 
• evaluates and enhances current operational systems. 
• Monitors performance against operational goals and develops reporting and auditing processes used to analyse operational effectiveness. 
• coordinates operations with other functions. 
• Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. 
• give input into developing the budget. 
• requires 3+ years of managerial experience. 
• Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
• Reports to Chief Operating Officer.

• To be based in PH.

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree in an Engineering or Technical discipline.
• 12 years of relevant working experience especially in a Drilling, Well Services or and EPC company.
• Excellent command of English Language both written and spoken.
• Must be a certified member of NSE and COREN.
• Experience with SAP, MS office suite including MS project.
• Excellent writing and reporting skills.
• Planning and organizing.
