Senior Marketing Manager at Aldelia Limited

You are responsible to leading the marketing team and suggest the best marketing techniques for social media and other digital media campaigns. The oversight of all aspects of internal and external digital marketing, brand messaging, content marketing, media relations, event management, project managment and overall brand management. You will work with other team members across all the department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the marketing plan budget and establish goals and objectives for all marketing activity, and track results and report on completion with company management contacts on a regular basis.
• Stay abreast of current market conditions and trends and incorporate new innovations into company marketing plans—this includes the production and distribution of marketing plans to channel partners and enterprise customers.
• Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
• Own and manage all trade show exhibits and event
• Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives.
• Ensure that all marketing material, and all initiatives, represent value to enterprise customers, including webinars, white papers, and case studies.
• Create and monitor an advertisement on various platform keeping the business vision aligned.
• Conduct surveys as needed to determine position in the market and advance aggressive marketing plans targeted to addressing customer needs.
• Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.
• Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.
• Prepare monthly marketing budget.
• Create monthly reports for the marketing department.
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
• Research about the latest marketing strategies and excel in marketing endeavors competitively.
• Supervise and control the other team members

Requirements

• MSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• Proven 8+ years of experience as Head of Marketing, Director of Marketing or a similar role in a reputable organization.
• Professional Certifications such as PCM, Digital Marketing
• Experienced with project management
• Hands-on experience in prolific marketing campaigns.
• Outstanding knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.
• Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
• Very sound with figures
• Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
