We seek to hire a qualified Senior Manager, HR Consulting to lead and oversee various human resource projects for our clients, which include - Human Capital Strategy, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Change, Organizational Restructuring, Organizational Effectiveness Survey, Employee Satisfaction Survey, Talent Management, HR Analytics, HR Technology, Design of Performance Management Systems, Staff Skills & Competency Audit, Design of Personnel Policies, Systems and Operational Manual.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of human resource management, with a strong background in consulting and hands-on experience in resolving HR issues. He/She must be a strategic thinker and problem-solver who excel in communication and have a track record of maximizing HR value.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Sound ability to generate business
- Work with clients to understand their needs and to agree the scope of each consulting project.
- Conduct research, surveys and interviews and analyzing data to gain insights into client's business
- Analyze statistics and data for informed decision making
- Aim to improve clients position or profile by helping to solve problems, manage change and improve efficiency.
- Attend meetings and presenting information orally, visually and in writing to keep clients up to date on progress
- Make recommendations for improvement and presenting these to clients

- develop and implement new procedures or training to support the changes proposed.
