Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management / Engineering / Urban & Regional Planning / Business Administration or any other related field.
Proven experience in facilities management roles, with a strong track record of leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
Prior experience in leading and supervising a team of facilities managers, technicians, and support staff.
Ability to oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all physical facilities, including buildings, grounds, utilities, infrastructure systems, etc.
Proven experience in developing & managing facility budgets, expenses, and contracts, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Ability to conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
Practical knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards relevant to facility management.
