Ability to oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all physical facilities, including buildings, grounds, utilities, infrastructure systems, etc.
Proven experience in developing & managing facility budgets, expenses, and contracts, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Ability to conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
Practical knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards relevant to facility management.
Minimum of five (5) years experience in full stack software development with at least two years leading teams.
Proficiency in software development frameworks/libraries (including React, Angular, React Native).
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum to lead and guide the planning and management of development activities.
Demonstrated capacity in coordinating front-end and back-end development activities for web and mobile apps
