Job Requirements

• OND or HND or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a generator technician.
• Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, repair and servicing of several types of generating plants within various facilities.
• Prior knowledge of the numerous procedures involved in operating, inspecting
• and maintaining tools and equipment related to generating sets.
• Sound knowledge of all relevant safety precautions and regulations related to the role and organization.

• Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management / Engineering / Urban & Regional Planning / Business Administration or any other related field.
• Proven experience in facilities management roles, with a strong track record of leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
• Prior experience in leading and supervising a team of facilities managers, technicians, and support staff.
• Ability to oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all physical facilities, including buildings, grounds, utilities, infrastructure systems, etc.
• Proven experience in developing & managing facility budgets, expenses, and contracts, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Ability to conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
• Practical knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards relevant to facility management.

Qualifications / Experiences 

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in full stack software development with at least two years leading teams.
• Proficiency in software development frameworks/libraries (including React, Angular, React Native).
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum to lead and guide the planning and management of development activities.
• Demonstrated capacity in coordinating front-end and back-end development activities for web and mobile apps
• Proficiency in coding languages and frameworks (including Node JS, ExpressJS, Django, Flask, C++, Python, PHP, HTML, CSS, SaSS, ScSS, JavaScript and Typescript) to meet stipulated standards.
• Sound understanding of database architectures (including Firebase, MongoDB, MySQL, T-SQL, BigQuery, PostgreSQL and Oracle database) to lead/manage all required troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolution of software bugs
• Prior Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Azure and AWS cloud platforms as well as microservices, containers and loosely-coupled app development.
