Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Officer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Oversee title documentation, land regularization, and property registration processes.
• Provide legal advisory support on all real estate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
• Liaise with government agencies, regulators, and external solicitors.
• Manage legal disputes, arbitration, and litigation processes.
• Conduct due diligence on property acquisitions and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B), BL; Master’s in Law (LL.M) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years post-call experience, with at least 5 years in real estate law.
• Membership in the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian property law, land documentation, and compliance.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
