Job Description

• General Role maintain client correspondence inventory, liaise with departments for document delivery, oversee legal compliance, handle clerical duties, and perform assigned tasks from team lead and Head of Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from a reputable institution.
• Barrister-at-Law Degree (B.L) from the Nigerian Law School.
• Call to Bar Certificate from the Nigerian Law School.
• National Youth Service Corps Certificate.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Six (6) years’ work experience as a corporate Law
• Good understanding of general legal practice
• Sound contract review and drafting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Analytical thinker with strong research skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
• Minimum of 6+ years experience in corporate law.
• Must be self starter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in transport law is an advantage.
