Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior IT Officer to manage the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and alignment with business objectives. The role involves leading a team, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining IT hardware and software in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
IT Systems and Hardware Management:

• Configure, repair, maintain, and upgrade IT hardware and software systems.
• Ensure the efficient operation of IT infrastructure, including intercom and land phone systems.

System Installation and Maintenance:

• Install, repair, and maintain biometric machines and CCTV systems.
• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures.

Network Administration:

• Manage network configurations, troubleshooting, and ensure seamless connectivity.
• Ensure the integrity and security of data within the organization.

Policy Development and Compliance:

• Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT protocols and industry best practices.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
• Provide technical training and support to staff as required.

Problem Solving and Support:

• Address and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Proficiency:

• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and network administration.
• Expertise in biometric systems, CCTV installations, and communication systems.

Leadership Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
