Senior Integrity & Process Applications Support Specialist (Level 3) at Quintevo Nigeria Limited

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Integrity & Process Applications Support Specialist (Level 3) to provide expert-level support for integrity and process management applications including Metegrity, Visions, and PI Historian. This role ensures application reliability, performance, and compliance with operational standards, while serving as the highest escalation point for complex issues and leading process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide advanced support for integrity and process applications such as Metegrity, Visions, and PI Historian.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated application, integration, and performance issues.
3. Oversee configuration, patching, and upgrades of supported applications.
4. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure accurate data capture and analysis.
5. Manage system monitoring, reporting, and optimization for reliability and compliance.
6. Develop and enforce best practices for application use, data integrity, and governance.
7. Work with vendors and solution providers to implement fixes and enhancements.
8. Mentor junior and mid-level application support analysts.
9. Produce technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
10. Ensure alignment with regulatory and industry standards for integrity and process management.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
2. 10+ years’ experience supporting process safety, integrity management, or historian applications.
3. Strong expertise in OSIsoft PI Historian, Metegrity, and/or Visions.
4. Solid understanding of industrial process data, asset management, and operational integrity.
5. Experience with SQL databases, data integration, and reporting tools.
6. Familiarity with cloud-based or enterprise-scale application environments.
7. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Relevant certifications (OSIsoft PI System, Integrity Management, ITIL, or equivalent) are a plus.
