Job Summary

• Work with the rest of the HR team to partner with business unit leaders, key stakeholders in shaping, developing and delivering people initiatives, HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the Company.

Requirements

• First Degree in relevant discipline with 8 - 10 years. A Masters Degree would be an added advantage
• HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI, CIPM etc.).
• Proven track record of success in HR generalist functions.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across the organization.
• Head Hunting experience would be an added advantage
• Keen knowledge of talent acquisition process and best practices
• Knowledge of Labour law and global employment standards
• Knowledge of Organization-wide Performance Management best practices
• Knowledge of training and development programs
• Employee Experience design & delivery
• Use of HRIS & ERP.
