    Senior HR Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
    • Design, implement, and manage company-wide KPI frameworks for all departments.
    • Ensure clear performance targets, appraisal systems, and measurable outcomes.
    • Monitor, evaluate, and report performance metrics regularly to management.
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment for management, sales, operations, and factory roles.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
    • Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage
    • Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is mandatory
    •  5–7 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior HR leadership role
    • Proven experience in KPI design, performance management systems, and HR analytics
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law
    • Establish HR policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
    • Handle disciplinary processes, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
    • Promote a performance-driven, ethical, and accountable work culture
    • Identify training needs and implement capacity-building programs.
    • Coach managers on leadership, people management, and performance supervision.
    • Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and staff records.

    • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
    • Ability to work independently and influence senior leadership
    • Develop talent pipelines and succession planning strategies.
    • Ensure onboarding processes drive early productivity and retention.
