As Senior HR Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing human resources strategies to support our organization's objectives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the maritime industry, a proven track record in HR management, and a commitment to driving organizational growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Partner with senior management to identify current and future organizational needs and develop appropriate HR solutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing employment practices within the maritime industry.
Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services and support to all employees.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Chartered membership of a recognized HR professional body (e.g., CIPM, SPHRi).
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the maritime industry.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations relevant to the maritime sector.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational performance and growth.
