• Professional Certification: ACIPM, SHRM HRBP, HRMP, etc.
• Academic Qualification: B.Sc„ or its equivalent. Added advantage
• M.Sc. HRM, MILR or MBA or its equivalent.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Resource planning and execution within the Resourcing Framework and Placement Guide.
• Liaise with retained HMO and act as go-between for staff and HMOs.
• Ensure pre-employment checks and activities are properly carried out.
• Identify and propose solution for Health, Safety and Environment
• Sustainability issues that require attention.
