We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our Maintenance team.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a diverse fleet of heavy-duty equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty equipment including Cranes, Forklifts, Cherry Pickers, Trucks, Self-Propelled Modular Transporter (SPMT), Reach Stacker, and Excavators.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Engines, and basic electrical systems.
Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and oversight on maintenance tasks.
Undertake and successfully complete sensitive and critical repair jobs.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements
Trade test, OND, HND, or equivalent qualification. Additional certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy-duty equipment maintenance and repair.
Must be between 35 to 45 years old.
Proven proficiency in troubleshooting and solving hydraulic, pneumatic, and engine problems.
Strong safety awareness and commitment to compliance.
