Description

• Operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings, quality standards, and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, dimensions, and work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure product quality.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and report machine faults, defects, and production issues.
• Maintain production records and activity logs.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and company standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

• OND, Technical Certificate, Trade Test, or equivalent qualification.
• CNC Machining certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.

Duties

• To work at AC, Refrigerator and freezer production floor to braze/ weld each assembled unit appropriately.
• To assist to assemble the unit when the need arises
• It is required from you to work with other team members to achieve set target/ goal in good time as required
• Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the work place, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / Diploma or its equivalent. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Consumer Electronics/ Manufacturing Industry.
