CNC Machinist

Description
- Operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings, quality standards, and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, dimensions, and work instructions.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure product quality.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and report machine faults, defects, and production issues.
- Maintain production records and activity logs.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and company standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- OND, Technical Certificate, Trade Test, or equivalent qualification.
- CNC Machining certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
