Lead the financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis across the business
Managing financial models
Conduct competitor analysis
Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts
Take ownership of performance management for the business including identifying and reporting KPIs which are linked to company strategy and drive positive actions
Support the strategic planning and strategic initiatives of the company, including acquisitions and investment appraisal, by providing financial planning and modelling skills
Use planning methods like predictive planning, driver-based planning, and multi-scenario planning to create financial forecasts
Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
Support the management team and Department Leaders with data-driven analysis
Use scenario and sensitivity analysis to forecast possible outcomes
Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Address any other task as may be assigned by the CFO.
Qualifications
Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Financial Modeling skills
Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
Experience in financial analysis and reporting
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data interpretation
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
