Senior Financial Planning Analyst at Oxygen X

In this role, you will

• Lead the financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis across the business
• Managing financial models
• Conduct competitor analysis
• Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts
• Take ownership of performance management for the business including identifying and reporting KPIs which are linked to company strategy and drive positive actions
• Support the strategic planning and strategic initiatives of the company, including acquisitions and investment appraisal, by providing financial planning and modelling skills
• Use planning methods like predictive planning, driver-based planning, and multi-scenario planning to create financial forecasts
• Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
• Support the management team and Department Leaders with data-driven analysis
• Use scenario and sensitivity analysis to forecast possible outcomes
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Address any other task as may be assigned by the CFO.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Financial Modeling skills
• Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data interpretation
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
