Electrical Maintenance Supervisor at Heirbase Management Solutions Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise routine and preventive electrical maintenance activities.
• Coordinate electrical maintenance personnel and assigned work.
• Monitor electrical equipment and identify developing faults.
• Support troubleshooting and timely repair of electrical equipment.
• Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures.
• Maintain appropriate maintenance records and reports.
• Coordinate with plant operations to minimise disruption during maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety and HSE requirements.
• Monitor the condition of electrical tools, equipment and installations.
• Escalate major electrical faults and maintenance risks to appropriate Management personnel.
• Support maintenance planning and scheduling.

Minimum Qualification

• Class 1 Trade Tested Electrician.
• SSCE/WAEC/NECO with at least five credits, including English Language, Mathematics and two Science subjects.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
• Preferred Attributes
• Strong troubleshooting ability, practical electrical maintenance experience, supervisory skills, safety awareness and the ability to work effectively in a plant environment.

Preference will be given to candidates who live in Ode Remo or nearby communities and can reasonably commute to the plant. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
