Senior Finance Officer (Health and Fitness Industry) at Nicole Sinclair Consulting

The Senior Finance Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations within the health and fitness industry. He will be responsible for managing all financial planning and analysis, capital management, investor relations, efficient capital allocation and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

• Manage capital allocation and optimize cash flow to ensure effective use of resources.
• Petty cash handling.
• Monthly reconciliation and statutory payments.
• Preparation of monthly report.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks through sound internal control and audit process.
• Coordinate inventory and procurement.
• Manage financial transactions including reconciliations and employee expenses.
• Create financial reports, direct investment activities and develop plans for the long-term financial goals of the organization

Qualification/ Experience

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior finance role within the health and fitness or related industry.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytic experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, tax strategies and financial risk management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skill
• Experience in managing capital and investor funds
