    Senior Facility Manager / Facility Manager

    Key Performance Areas and Actions
    Maintenance Operations Management:
    Responsible for and establishing the sustenance of Preventive, Corrective and Restorative maintenance for;

    • Diesel generators-Perkins, lister, Cummins, CAT etc
    • AVRs, Electrical Panels
    • PHCN transformers and Ht lines
    • Furniture
    • Fire systems
    • Earthing systems
    • Battery Backup systems
    • Air Handling Units
    • Lifts
    • Clients’ facilities mechanical, electrical and civil components. etc
    • Support Plans and implement of operations strategies and action plans to insure that the operations team supports strategic imperatives.
    • Responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery from the technical team on the field.
    • Monthly site analysis
    • Quarterly site analysis
    • Coordinating the field service operations

    Quality Assurance:

    • Establish and monitor SOPP for all sites
    • Visit sites to ensure service delivery is in line with laid down standards
    • Conduct periodic objective site assessments
    • Report on site performance periodically

    Quality Control:

    • Ensure electronic and hard copy customer feedbacks
    • Ensure immediate and timely remedy of all client’s complaints
    • Report on an ongoing basis on all service gaps with other relevant units and departments

    People Management:

    • Determine staff requirements and ensure all needs are met.
    • Continuous training of team leaders and technicians
    • Staff kitting and appearance attended to
    • Maintain staff relationships

    Income Management:

    • Support and actively participate in increasing company’s share of market
    • Ensure maximum realizable income from existing contracts and assignments in cooperation with relevant departments
    • Assist as required in the brand development, identification and communication.


    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 5 years work experience.

    N75,000 / month.
