Our client is a leading advertising company in Nigeria. Due to expansion, they need a Senior Client Service Executive to lead client relationships, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Account Management: Lead high-profile client accounts, developing and executing tailored strategies.
• Client Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and attract new clients.
• Campaign Planning: Develop and implement effective PR campaigns.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in public relations or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or client service, with a strong focus on experiential marketing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
