 Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget. 
• Quality Assurance: Ensure construction activities meet the highest standards, complying with all specifications, codes, and safety regulations. 
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior engineers and construction teams, fostering collaboration and innovation. 
• Design and Analysis: Develop and review engineering designs, conduct feasibility studies, and perform technical assessments. 

Experience

• Candidate must possess a minimum of 7-9 years post-graduation work experience with: 
• Minimum of 4 years consulting background with experience in high rise and luxury development  
• Minimum 3 years construction experience as a team lead 

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or any other related fields from a reputable university 
• M.Sc. in Civil Engineering or any other related fields is an added advantage 
• Membership of NSE/Coren 

Skills

• Proficiency in civil engineering software, knowledge of design and construction methodologies. 
• Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. 
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills 
• Ability to assess site conditions and identify potential challenges.
