Senior Associate & Managing Transactor at Kimberly Ryan

Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive all aspects of the firm’s focused transactions on an end-to-end basis, therefore managing the transaction process from research and development to financial closes.
• Provide an actively and daily hands-on management structure to ensure all assigned investments projects are developmentally progressing and advancing, internally and externally
• Act as Overseer and Liaison for all investment consultants and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Professional qualification: ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7-10 years (or more) of relevant investment experience ideally acquired within private equity, investment banking, infrastructure, or real assets environments.
• Demonstrable track record of independently managing and closing full transaction cycles in infrastructure or real assets sectors.
• Exceptional financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, and negotiation skills.
