Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Associate Human Resources Consulting at SIAO Partners located in Lagos, with the flexibility of some work from home.
- The Senior Associate will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Benefits Administration proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
