• A highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect oversees the architectural team. He is responsible for designing, managing, and delivering high-profile projects, as well as mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Design and Documentation: Develop and prepare architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for projects.
• Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide design options, and obtain feedback.
• Team Management: Mentor and supervise junior architects and designers, providing guidance and support.
• Business Development: Contribute to business development, including marketing, proposal writing, and networking.
• Quality Control: Ensure that projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to projects.

Qualification and Required Skills:

• Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture (Masters will be an advantage)
• Registration: ARCON Registered Architect with current practice license
• Experience: Minimum 8 years post qualification experience in architectural practice, with a focus on residential, commercial and industrial projects.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
