• Preparation of timely, accurate and complete management reports, including relevant performance measures, analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance and remittances of taxes and pension.
• Expense Journal Management.
• Records management & maturity date.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Float management.
• Project costing and management.
• Handle interaction with internal & external clients
• Budgeting.
• Compliance in relation to finance.
• Discharging any other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years proven experience as an Accountant or related roles within the real estate industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to details
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
