    Senior Account Officer

    We are hiring a Senior Account Officer for a leading FinTech company transforming financial access across Nigeria and Africa. This is an in-person, mid-level sales and client management role based in Lagos & Abuja, designed for a disciplined performer who excels at revenue generation, client relationship management, and portfolio growth.

    The Opportunity

    As Senior Account Officer, you will:

    • Grow Accounts & Revenue: Manage and expand a portfolio of clients, driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Own Client Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, quick issue resolution, and continuous business engagement.
    • Activate Sales Pipelines: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and activate upsell/cross-sell strategies.
    • Strengthen Customer Experience: Ensure seamless onboarding, usage support, and long-term engagement to improve lifetime value.
    • Execute Territory Sales Plans: Support field sales activities, client visits, activations, and weekly revenue-focused follow-ups.
    • Report Performance: Track account performance, submit weekly sales reports, and provide insights that support decision-making.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Sales-Focused Performer: 2–4 years in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles within fintech, banking, telecommunications, or tech.
    • Result-Oriented: Proven ability to meet revenue targets, build pipelines, and manage high-volume accounts.
    • Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to build trust-based relationships.
    • Analytical & Organized: Able to track metrics, manage documentation, and provide insight-driven recommendations.
    • Based in Lagos or Abuja: Strong knowledge of local markets and customer patterns.
