    Senior Account & Finance Personnel

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for the support, development and retention of key client relationships, drive business growth and contribute to achieving organizational objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and delivery of services/products.
    • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reporting/insights.
    • Support senior management in developing client engagement strategies.
    • Foster teamwork and contribute to a customer-centric culture.
    • Address client queries/complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Professional certification (ACA, ICAN, or equivalent) is mandatory.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management/sales in a corporate environment.
    • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial/business data.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
