Security Personnel at Royal Resource Management (RRM)

About the Role

• We are a nurturing learning center committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for children with special needs. We are currently seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Personnel to ensure the safety of our students, staff, and premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the facility
• Ensure the safety of children, staff, and visitors at all times
• Maintain a log of entries, exits, and deliveries
• Perform regular security checks and patrols
• Assist with drop-off and pick-up procedures for students
• Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns promptly
• Support emergency procedures and drills when required.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / WAEC
• Prior experience as a security officer, preferably in a school or child-centered environment
• Good communication skills and calm demeanor
• Physically fit, alert, and observant
• Ability to interact respectfully and patiently with children and parents
• Must be trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.

Preferred Qualities:

• Training in child safeguarding or willingness to attend training
• Basic knowledge of first aid is an added advantage.
