Role Description

• This is a contract role for a Security Officer.
• The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling the premises, ensuring the safety of guests and staff, managing access control, and responding to emergencies.
• The Security Officer will also be required to maintain logbooks and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
• This is an on-site role located in Benin City.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, surveillance, and emergency response
• Strong observational and attention to detail skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle stressful situations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
