Security Manager at Fort Knox Group

Responsibilities

• Support the Country Security and Administration Director to develop and implement security policies and plans, ensuring the personal safety of new projects.
• Oversee daily conduct of Chinese expatriates to ensure adherence to security systems, procedures, and facilities.
• Support the Country Security & Administration Director to enhance LAP security systems, procedures, and facilities.
• Site security audit to avoid incidents.
• Ensure that all the fiscal and legal requirements of Huaxin and LAP are met and that all corporate policies are well understood and implemented
• Compliance with the instructions and requirements for personal safety, fire safety and industrial hygiene based on Huaxin and LAP standards on health & safety

Knowledge and Experience Requirements

• College Degree
• English Proficient
• Chinese Native
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security related leadership roles;
• Map reading, terrain assessments and transcribing location data into maps, planning tools or briefings.

Salary
$ 70,000- $ 75,000 Net Per Anum
