Security Manager – Agro Risk Management & Sourcing (Arms) Agro-Allied at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc

To manage and coordinate security operations across all ARMS facilities nationwide, with specific oversight to Olado Aggregation and Silos Storage Warehouses. Maintaining the safety of personnel, safeguarding company assets, and maintaining operational integrity and business continuity through effective supervision, proactive mitigation of risks, and implementation of robust measures to prevent loss, theft, and disruptions in support of the organization's long-term objectives.

THE JOB

• Implement and uphold company security policies and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
• Oversee daily security operations at the Olado Aggregation Storage Warehouse and Silos Storage Warehouse to proactively mitigate risks and operational leakages.
• Monitor and investigate internal security breaches, incidents, and criminal activity, providing timely resolutions and detailed reports.
• Supervise and coordinate third-party security personnel across all ARMS operational sites, ensuring adherence to security protocols and performance standards.
• Conduct periodic security audits and risk assessments across all locations; recommend and implement improvement strategies.

THE PERSON MUST

• Have excellent interpersonal, Leadership and communication skills.
• Have a strong knowledge of corporate security protocols, emergency preparedness, and risk management.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.
• Have a proven experience supervising third-party security teams across multiple locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. / HND in Criminology, Security Management, or any related field

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of five years experience in a similar role.
