Chief Security Officer at Konga Online Shopping Limited

KEY DUTIES

• To ensure the overall security and protection of company assets anywhere in Nigeria.
• To report to the management or any designated officer of any security issue(s) that could affect the smooth running of the organization.
• To work with the executives to decide on the priority of security needs and spend according to organization financial constraints and directives.
• Supervises all third-party security personnel to ensure they are functioning as appropriate in various Konga Offices and stores.
• Supervises all Mobile Police Officers at various Konga Offices and stores.
• Process salary payment for all security personnel and Police officers.
• Monitor the electronic surveillance equipment used on the premises.
• To monitor security guards who protects property against theft and vandalism.
• To ensure that if anyone caught committing crime or tress passing will be transfer to custody of police or any other law enforcement personnel.
• Identify organizational protection goals and objectives, ensuring they are consistent with organizations strategic, safety plans.
• To ensure organizations security function adds value.
