Security Intelligence & Investigations / Escort Coordinator at Aldelia Limited

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate security projects and operations as directed by the Security Manager.
• Plan and organize security intelligence and investigation activities for Deepwater and other operational locations.
• Coordinate approved security escorts and Close Protection Officers (CPOs) for staff, VIPs, guests, and Company property.
• Develop and implement VIP security, threat, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate and supervise Close Protection Officers to ensure effective team operations.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare timely and accurate reports.
• Gather, analyze, and disseminate security intelligence on a need-to-know basis.
• Conduct and coordinate surveillance operations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Government Security and Intelligence Agencies.
• Conduct personnel/background vetting when required.
• Monitor security threats including organized crime, auto theft, terrorism, and other emerging risks.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and implement appropriate loss prevention measures.
• Develop and implement loss prevention and investigation strategies.
• Manage sensitive and confidential security information.
• Participate in security case conferences and interdepartmental meetings.
• Support Emergency Management Team (EMT) mobilization and ensure required resources and instructions are implemented.
• Coordinate security for external locations, including executive residences and other Company facilities.
• Provide security information and support to protect employees, VIPs, guests, and Company assets.
• Coordinate, develop, and motivate security personnel to achieve security objectives.
• Collaborate with government, intelligence, and other security organizations.
• Ensure incidents are properly reported, investigated, analyzed, and followed through with corrective and preventive actions. REQUIREMENTS
• B.A., B.Sc., HND in Linguistics & Communication Studies, Management Sciences, or another relevant field.
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Safety and Security Management.
• Professional certifications in Security Studies and/or CPP, PSP, APP, PCI will be an advantage.
• 15+ years of industrial/private security experience.
• Proven experience in security intelligence and investigations.
• Strong experience in VIP protection / Close Protection Operations and security escort coordination.
• Experience in surveillance, loss prevention, threat assessment, and risk management.
• Strong investigative and analytical capabilities.
• Experience working with Government Security and Intelligence Agencies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong leadership and personnel coordination skills.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• We are particularly interested in senior security professionals with 15+ years of industrial/private security experience and a strong background in security intelligence, investigations, surveillance, loss prevention, VIP protection, and close protection operations.
