    Secretary / Social Media Manager

    Description

    • We are looking for a Secretary/Social Media Manager with graphics design skills to support our client in the real estate industry.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handle office administrative tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
    • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
    • Design visually appealing graphics for marketing materials and social media.
    • Schedule and post content to maintain an active online presence.
    • Respond professionally to customer inquiries and comments.

    Job Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification.
    • Must have proven experience as a Secretary, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role.
    • Must be proficient in graphics design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
    • Must be familiar with major social media platforms and content management.
    • Must possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
    • Must be creative and have an eye for aesthetics.
