Secretary at Max African Publishers Limited

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Responsibilities

• Use an assortment of programming bundles (counting Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, CorelDraw and PowerPoint) to oversee information and produce reports and presentations.
• Liaise with staff in different offices and with outside contacts.
• Order and keep up with writing material and equipment.
• Deal with phone and email enquiries
• Photocopy and print different records, now and then for the benefit of other colleagues
• Organise and store administrative work, archives, and PC based information.
• Create and keep up with documenting and other office systems.
• Keep journals and mastermind appointments.
• Schedule and go to gatherings, make plans, and take minutes.
• Organise travel and convenience for staff and other outer contacts.
• Arrange in-house and outer events
• Arrange preparing for staff members.

Requirements

• Candidates ought to have at least an OND / NCE capability with 0 - 3 years of work experience.
