About the Role
- Open & Close shipment (Sea & Air freight) hardcopy files.
- Apply for Sea & Air freight Import SONCAP Certificates & follow up.
- Apply for Sea & Air freight Import PAAR & follow up with Bank
- Communicates PAARs & other Shipping documents to LCAs.
- Reconciles & responds to Customs DNs & other queries.
- Follow up with LCAs on PAAR utilization.
- Updates PAAR progress on the W-Drive
- Prepares weekly PAAR application status & monthly PAAR utilization reports.
- Updates Transit E-archive.
- Any other activity or Service function assigned to me by the Manager of the Department.
Requirements
- Degree in Social Science or Engineering course
- Computer literate: Use of Microsoft applications and database management software
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
- Interfaces with contractors and should be capable of speaking and writing good English.
