Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced Fleet Management Officer to oversee fleet operations, coordinate vehicle maintenance, monitor fleet performance, and ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance.
• Schedule vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicleutilisation.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation.
• Track maintenance costs and vehicle performance.
• Monitor insurance, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate drivers and vehicle availability.
• Ensure compliance with transport and road safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE (professional certifications are an advantage).
• Valid driver's licence.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Fleet or Transport Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Excellent record-keeping and organisational skills.
