    Screening Analyst

    Location: 3 months remote working from home until the office is set up in Abuja

    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is setting up their operations in Abuja, Nigeria for the first time. They are a small, agile and innovative employee screening company based in the UK.

    Duties:

    • High volume of telephone calls and email queries. Looking up responses in various spreadsheets and systems (up to five different systems are continually in use, for which training will be given).
    • Initiate and process criminal record checks
    • Undertake ID verification
    • Adhere to vetting processes and procedures
    • Ensure internal Service Level Agreements are adhered to
    • Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and key stakeholders
    • Ensure all customer engagement is highly professional both in written and verbal communications
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes in order to reduce cost or improve service delivery
    • Effective IT management
    • Strict adherence to policies governing security of information
    • Support other colleagues in response to changing priorities across the team

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Strong written and verbal communications
    • Willing to undertake repetitive work
    • IT skills are essential, must have prior experience in MS Office applications
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to manage workload, prioritise and manage time
    • Adaptable and flexible
    • At least 4 years office experience
    • An engaging and proactive ‘can do’ attitude where successes and failures are shared
    • Training will be provided working from home while the office is not yet set up.

    Salary range    N150,000 - N200,000 per Month
