    School Principal/Coordinator

    The School Principal serves as the chief administrator of the school, responsible for providing strong leadership, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, managing staff and resources, and fostering a safe, supportive, and productive learning environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Administration

    • Provide strategic direction for the school’s academic and operational activities.
    • Develop and implement school policies, rules, and procedures.
    • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of the school.
    • Prepare and manage the school’s budget and resources effectively.

    Academic Management

    • Supervise curriculum implementation and ensure compliance with educational standards.
    • Monitor teaching quality and support continuous improvement.
    • Coordinate assessments, examinations, and academic reporting.
    • Promote innovative teaching methods and integration of technology.

    Staff Management

    • Recruit, supervise, and evaluate teachers and non-teaching staff.
    • Organize professional development opportunities.
    • Foster teamwork, motivation, and a positive staff culture.
    • Address staff issues and enforce professional standards.

    Student Welfare & Discipline

    • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all students.
    • Oversee student discipline and enforce rules fairly and consistently.
    • Support guidance and counselling services.
    • Encourage student participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

    Parent & Community Engagement

    • Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians.
    • Organize Parent-Teacher Meetings and community outreach programs.
    • Build partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders.

    School Improvement & Compliance

    • Lead school improvement initiatives and set performance goals.
    • Ensure compliance with government regulations and accreditation standards.
    • Prepare and submit reports to the school board, proprietors, or education authorities.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Master’s Degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 5–7 years teaching experience, plus leadership/administrative experience.
    • Strong knowledge of curriculum and educational policies.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
    • Ability to motivate staff and maintain discipline.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
