Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented school administrator that would oversee administrative tasks manage the daily operations, staff, student welfare, and regulatory compliance that allow teaching and learning to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of the educational system.
• Maintain accurate student attendance records, enrollment/admissions, health logs, and academic transcripts.
• Coordinate staff schedules, assist with hiring and training of support staff, and track staff attendance.
• Schedule school facilities, coordinate parent-teacher conferences, and oversee general school maintenance needs.

Requirements

• NCE, OND, HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, public administration, accounting or any related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years working experience as a school administrator.
• Ability to handle recruitment, and performance appraisals for academic and non-academic staff.
• Having a Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria certificate ( TRCN) is a plus.
