Salon Operations Manager at Owens and Xley

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

Salary: N120,000 to 150,000.

We are currently looking to hire a qualified and experienced Salon Operations Manager for our client, a standard luxury salon.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service(Effective handling of client's complaints and ensuring client satisfaction.)
• Manage and control expenses(Managing finances and budgets.)
• Lead and develop a team(Oversee hiring, training, performance reviews, and dismissing staff members).
• Complete required administrative tasks/compliance.
• Overseeing client bookings and scheduling staff.
• Market the shop and grow the business.
