Job Responsibilities 

• Overseeing the daily operations of the salon.
• Managing staffs and their records including working schedules, salaries and customer engagement
• Keeping records of expenses and revenues
• Promote services and products on social media.
• Hiring and training new employees
• Scheduling regular maintenance service for all equipment
• Handle customers’ compliant and resolve any issue that arises.
• Ensures salon complies with all health and safety obligations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• HND / BSc in any discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a salon manager
• Excellent organization and leadership skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in various social media applications and booking software
• Proficiency in MS office.
