Job Description
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products and services, as well as industry trends and competitors.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales deals.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and support teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow-Up: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by management.
